HOW TO ORDER 
 

Jetalla’s product is made to order following your choice of color and each piece is 100% handmade hand-stitched so will take time to complete.

Current production takes 

• 6 months  for bags

• 3 months for small leather goods.

And it might have some delays, please only place your order if you are comfortable with a long lead time. We’re only able to notify you once your order is ready to ship.​

PAYMENT : Full payment via Bank transfer to the "Paul & Ann" account (IDR) or Paypal (USD) 

*Payment terms for the Exotic collection differ and stated on the Product - Exotic colllection page.

Etsy Shop 

The same production lead time applies. Please kindly disregard Etsy’s automatic shipping timeframe.

We also have a selection of ready stock available. Please refer to the Product - Ready Stock option for items that are immediately ready to ship.
 

INSTALLMENT option

We offer installment option for bags and selected small leather goods.
We’ll reserve a spot for you on the last month of the year, December order list, giving you time to complete your payments at your own pace.
Non-refundable deposit of 5,0 Mio IDR or 300$ USD is required to be on the installment list. Please ensure the full amount is settled by 5 December. With a lead time 3 or 6 months+, your piece will be ready from March/June 2027 onward.

*Any applicable Paypal fees or taxes are borne by the buyer, and the installment amount will calculated based on the net amount received after deduction
