HOW TO ORDER 
 

Each Jetalla piece is made to order, customized in your chosen color and fully handmade hand-stitched so will take time to complete.

Current production takes 

• 6 to 12 months  for bags

• 3 to 6 months for small leather goods.

We will notify you once your order is ready to ship and we appreciate your patience as we deliver the best possible quality.

Please kindly disregard Etsy’s automatic shipping timeframe, the same production lead time applies.

We also have a selection of ready stock available. Please refer to the Product - Ready Stock option for items that are immediately ready to ship.

Price Adjustments occur every January and payments made via Paypal (Credit Card) are subject to a 5 % charge, applied in USD.
