HOW TO ORDER 
Jetalla’s product is made to order following your choice of color and 100% handmade hand-stitched so will take time to complete. Currently, the production takes 4 months after the balance is received and the item’s details are finalized, but your order might take longer than expected; we will notify you when it is ready. Please only place your order if you are comfortable with a long lead time.

Natalya bag is restocked every month at the 22nd.

PAYMENT & INSTALLMENT  
Bank/wire transfer is available under the "Paul & Ann" account. 

Book your slot by paying a non-refundable deposit of 2,5 Mill IDR for Bag.
The payoff date: 5th of your enlisted month.
Details and customization will be discussed shortly before the fulfillment. D-1 week, we will contact you to confirm the order details and the payment due date. Meanwhile, you can pay the installment at your term (Bank/wire transference only). Just make sure to notify us of every installment.

 For our small leathergoods, full payment is required upfront.
