In the last 2 years,
many people have lost their closest ones.
And last week has taken us by shock.
We have to let go of our dearest friend.
We have to learn to cope with grief,
to live with the inevitable pain that marked us.
Whether we like it or not. Whether we are ready or not.
It's coming for us. It's part of our lives. No bargain.
Then how shall we cope with the loss & pain?
Shall we keep going with our lives or take a break and breath?
Shall we reflect on our own or surround ourselves with loved ones?
